I had recurring concerns in my 2009 Audi A4 and took it to several repair shops around the area. A friend recommended A1 and since I hate calling/booking appointments and getting estimates I filled out the web form asking for an estimate on my catalytic convertor. I got a call back within 2 hours and a email with the detail of what the work is involved. The Labor rates were fair and most importantly they were able to get the work done same day.

The guys at A1 were incredibly welcoming and helped tremendously with a large dent on my fender. My only wish was that the service were a bit faster, but overall I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a very thorough repair shop.

I had a problem visiting family in the Pittsburgh area and they recommended taking my VW Jetta to these folks - Even though they were busy - they understood that I was out of town and had a deadline and got my car in to fix it. Wish a similar auto shop was in my neighborhood.

My 530i had been overheating for the last few days. I did a couple of searches for other shops but I took my car here after seeing so many glowing reviews. They had a free engine diagnostic as well but so many people said these guys know BMW's so I shot over there. They got me in quick and in less than half a day had everything working great! I was extremely impressed when they took the time to explain the issue and that I didn't need to do so more expensive things at this point. I will definitely be coming back here for all my maintenance! Thanks Bob!
